Predictions of poor weather conditions – rain, high winds and low temperatures – mean that the planned murmuration walk has been called off.
It is hoped to re-arrange it for a later date.

The Etton Maxey nature reserve has become a popular spot to view the daily murmuration of starlings.
So here is a chance for you to see it as part of a short walk with a bird expert as guide to explain the process.
Langdyke’s Bob Titman is leading a viewing of the wonderful starling murmuration on Saturday, November 27 – meeting at the Etton High Meadow barn opposite the reserve at 3pm.
