A group of workers from Caterpillar in Peterborough have been busy helping Langdyke with a hedge laying project on a site at Sutton.
The event was organised and run by Langdyke board member Mike Horne with assistance from PECT. It was part of the Trust’s involvement with the John Clare Countryside Vision project.
Langdyke is keen to get involved with other companies who might wish to offer help to take part in similar nature projects. They can contact Mike at mike.horne@langdyke.org.uk
Mike said: “We achieved a lot in just one day, and it looked like everyone really enjoyed being outside and getting stuck into the tasks.”
