If I have ticked the Gift Aid box I want to Gift Aid this donation and any other donation I make in the future or have made in the last four years to the Langdyke Countryside Trust. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax or Capital Gains tax in the tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed it is my responsibility to pay any difference. I will notify Langdyke Countryside Trust if I want to cancel this declaration, change my name or home address, or if I no longer pay sufficient tax on my income and/or capital gains.
