Peter Larke is proud of his wildflower garden – part of Langdyke’s eighth reserve.
So proud, in fact, that he’s posted his Langdyke eighth reserve certificate on his fence outside to explain why his grass is overgrown.
He has posted a picture (above) of it on Langdyke’s facebook page and says: “Approximately half my front garden is dedicated to Langdyke Community Reserve.
“Only the second summer since creating and just been cut with a sickle, of course, to let the seeds drop. I wanted to show the all-weather certificate on my fence as so many neighbours have asked “ why all the weeds?”
